Does anyone know if I can add a cold air intake without voiding my Genesis warranty?

Yes you can. They would have to prove that the modification you made actually caused the damage. Now in the real world, they would cancel your warranty, then you would have to sue to get them to reinstate it. It really depends on your dealer. Ask your service writer/manager what they think about it. My Stinger had the K & N "CAI", was never a problem. My SHO was tuned and had larger turbos, never a problem, even when it broke. But it was dealer dependent. I became friends with the service people.
