Does anyone know what product I can use to get these spots out?

A friend washed my car (with an unknown product) while I was out of town & now I can't get these spots out. It's the panel between the front & back windows.

Try CLR or some other calcium remover. Spray on in the shade, let sit for a few minutes, wipe off with a damp sponge, then rinse well with water. If that doesn't work, try the same process with WD-40.

Use a paint polishing product. It is probably just in the clear coat. Something like Meguiars Ultimate, Turtle wax one and done or use a water spot remover.
