Does GV70 navigation use traffic information to compute optimal route?

Does the navigation system on the GV70 use real-time traffic information to compute the optimal route? Will it reroute you if something blocks the traffic ahead?

I've been using Waze for years, and it does this.

I've been using Waze for years, and it does this.

In-car nav systems with traffic data claim to calculate the best route, but I honestly never found any of them to compare well with something like Google Maps, or Waze if that's your thing.
