Doesn’t recognize key?

I’m surprised this vehicle with all of its technology does not save seat settings etc. to the physical key for each of the two keys we have. Other than using an android device (according to my dealer), is there not an easier way?

Yes we have those profiles set up. What I’m referring to is when you first open the door to the car it should read the key of the person opening the door and go to their settings. I’m 6 foot five my wife is 5 foot two and I can’t even get in the seat if she drove it before me.
