Has any had (continued or past) success playing Dolby Atmos songs from Tidal in the G70? I briefly had the capability when Tidal first released it, and it sounded great using it with Android Auto.
Then... nothing. According to back and forth emails with Tidal support (who claimed they were clueless about the matter) apparently an update this month or late last month disabled this ability. Some non Dolby songs will play on Master/HiFi, but then the moment a song that was made specifically for Dolby Atmos play, the volume drops by ~70% and sounds muffled.
Curious if anyone else has tried. I'm looking on Reddit and there may have been an update mid Feb that may have fixed this, but it's such a specific issue that "Dolby Atmos Genesis G70 Tidal" is impossible to Google.
I've cancelled my Tidal subscription since then but would be thrilled to have this back.
