  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

My 2012 Ultimate had the rear door handle end piece come off again, after I epoxied it back together two summers ago. Luckily, it fell and I noticed it before driving away.

Any suggestions for a longer lasting repair this time? I am using JB Plastic Weld.

Wasn't able to find this piece on Hyundai sites and the dealer service rep said I'd have to buy the entire handle if I wanted to replace the piece. He recommended gluing it.

Thanks in advance!

Looking to update and upgrade your Genesis luxury sport automobile? Look no further than right here in our own forum store - where orders are shipped immediately!
You can find the caps at this company: I've replaced 2 on my car, you will have to paint to match your car, spray painted mine, looks great

Ive had both of the ones on my passenger side doors fall off. I used the Loctite Gel glue to put them back on, and havent had an issue. Its the blue or black squeeze bottle. Also, if you want to replace them, the part number you are looking for is 83652-3N000. For the driver side, rear door.
