    If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. My rear door handle came completely off in my hand? Anyone else experienced this? I have an extended warranty. Wondering if this is a Genesis service issue or body shop?
 
Front and rear passenger side came off about a month apart in my wife’s hands. Replaced both under warranty and it hasn’t happened again.
 
It happened to me on the rear driver's side door. I have the extended warranty, and it was NOT covered.
 
Front passenger exterior handle broke internally...would still pivot and what not, but would not open the door. Replaced under warranty...
 
Mine fell off last year and dealer wanted $250 to replace it. I've been fitting it back in with gorilla glue once a month since instead lol
