Drive Modes stopped working

Hey guys wondering if any of you had this issue. Recently got the car in for 16k tune up. Everything checked out ok minus the check engine light that had come on and disappeared after a few days. Dealership said it was a misfire asked what gas I put in it... Told them its been 93 oct since day one and his response was that the engine is very sensitive... ( he lost me here because i know plenty of guys putting 87/89 with no issues for over a year).

Got the car back a couple of days ago and was driving great, but today I started the car and CEL was back on. This time however my drive modes stopped working. Cluster would change but drive mode seem to just be stuck in Comfort Mode.

Usually seat support changes and throttle response is a little quicker, but nothing... Even when setting in sport+ where it usually turns off Traction Control, Traction Control remained on.

Got home and noticed a funky smell almost something electrical that shorted. I couldn't find the source of the smell so I wasn't sure if it was the car something from something else.

Could this just be something as small as a fuse being blown out or something bigger like ECU?

Car is 2023 GV70 2.5t Sports Prestige with 15500k only used premium 93 since purchased.
