Driver Side Window Stoped rolling up and down

Hi everybody,
I rolled down the driver side window and it went down smoothly like always.
When I wanted to roll it up it was stopping after 1 inch every time that I pulled the switch. I repeated pulling the switch until it rolled almost up. Now it is stuck. It won't go down or up or move at all.
I checked the fuse and it is not blown. Please share your solution if you had the same problem.

Sounds like the window regulator broke and probably needs to be replaced.

It might be the regulator. But it is very strange. I don't roll up and down the windows so often. I might use it 20 times a year. It should not fail by that kind of usage.

Should not but can. On a previous GM car I had both rear window regulators go bad, probably from non-use. Since I never used them, I removed the door panel and cut a piece of wood to hold the glass up.
