Drivers seat panel

I have a 2015 genesis with 70k miles. The plastic tabs on the seat panel on the back side drivers seat broke leaving the panel ready to fall off. I have the extended 150k bumper to bumper warranty. Paid 2k extra for it. The dealership Herb Chamberscin Auburn Mass refused to warranty. It said interior panels are not covered. Does any one know if this is true. I'm having a difficult time finding the actual warranty.

Probably not covered but 3M trim tape should hold the panel in place if you find no other remedy. Good luck.

I've had my gv80 since December 2020 and the top left of the panel behind the front passenger seat is now loose. My dealership ordered the part and they will repair it under warranty.

Check this forum - I believe someone had recommended a nice workaround to solve the problem without getting a second mortgage.
