Dubai Police had announced in 2013 that they would be adding a Bugatti to their fleet of supercars but did not mention which one in particular.
Boasting a top speed of more than 400kph, the Veyron is one of the most advanced production cars in the world. It offers a total of 1,001bhp, although for a constant speed of 250kph, the Veyron needs only about 280bhp of that power.
It goes from 0 to 100kph in just 2.5 seconds.
Earlier in 2013, the emirate’s force added many supercars and luxury vehicles to their fleet of patrol vehicles, including a Mercedes SLS, a Bentley Continental GT, a Lamborghini Aventador, a Ferrari FF, a BMW 5 series, a Chevrolet Camaro, a Dodge Charger, and a limited edition Aston Martin One-77.
