Dyno tune or handheld ecu tune

I’ve been looking for a dyno tuning location for my 3.8 for a few months but can’t find anyone that does it. I’ve considered getting a handheld tuning device but still no luck with anyone that does it. If anyone knows a reputable place in or around North Carolina (Texas too) please let me know. If a dyno shop isn’t possible I’ll even settle for a really good handheld tuning device. Any brands or companies would be helpful. Thanks.
