  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

When I turn off (on) the car, the steering wheel moves up (down) as I would expect but the seat never moves either way. Shouldnt the seat move too since I believe the car is equipped that way (2013 3.8L w Premium pkg.)?

Dealer "isn't sure", nor is the help line. The manual mentions the steering wheel movement can be programmed independently from the seat movement, but I don't have the DIS option so I don't know if that's the culprit or how to program it to move in tandem. Any help or shared experiences would be welcome.

I do not have the seat all the way back already, and the memory options work perfectly well in all other respects.

Easy Entry option for seat movement can only be set via the dealer service computer on the non-tech (non-DIS) equipped cars...

..Same applies to options for steering wheel movement and door lock behavior...

it is lame, but that is the way it is.....

The dealer's service dept. has to turn the feature on/off with their compter.
