eBay Removes Emblem Package Seller

Bringing more credit to the idea that Hyundai is actively trying to end the emblem switch, it looks like the biggest seller on eBay was removed today. See the email I received below:

Many of the sellers of KDM wings, etc have their own website, so we need to make sure those are made available so the importers can stay in business.

If these importers had enough money, they could probably successfully challenge the copyright infringement since HMA is a subsidiary of Hyundai Motor Korea and is therefore prohibited by US law from preventing black market goods (items that are not imported by an official licensed importer like HMA) into the US. There is certainly no question that these items are legitimate KDM parts and they are not counterfeits or knock-offs, so it should be legal to import them (if they had enough money to defend themselves in court and get an injunction against HMA).
