    If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. (There must be a better place to post this but I couldn't find any place for general forum questions.)

Do "edit rights" (ability to edit a post you made) expire for a particular post? I made one yesterday that I can edit but notice that I can't edit those from more than a few days ago.

Yes.. I do believe after 24hrs you can no longer go back and edit a post. It could be 12 hours.
