Ok, so I would like to add to this list of people who have been ripped off and mistreated by the the unethical and possibly criminal enterprise known as Edmond Hyundai. My girlfriend bought a used car from them August of last year. When she bought the car she agreed to an extended warranty for the car which the thugs in the finance department assured her could be canceled and pro-rated at any time. They sent her off from the dealership with no paperwork on any of the warranties or purchase agreement. For the last year we have attempted to receive the official contracts with her signature and to cancel all the warranties. Every time we are given the run around and lied to and promised that it will all be taken care of soon, only to find that they do nothing later. On one of our visits to the dealership to get the warranty canceled there was an elderly couple in another finance room desperately trying to get the same stuff taken off as us, the old woman was in tears because of how they were being treated. This unethical and immoral behavior by Edmond Hyundai is unimaginable and unacceptable to me.
