Electrical issue repair frustration

Hi - My low mileage 2015 AWD Genesis Sedan with all options's dashboard warning lights, steering and brakes are malfunctioning. After driving a little while warning lights randomly appear, many at the same time with warning chimes and blinking, etc. At the same time the power steering feels sluggish and car will lower gear to slow down as if preventing a crash. Not really safe to drive. Has been at Boch Hyundai in Norwood, MA for 2 weeks. Second visit regarding problem. Dealer has no information and it's a struggle to get in touch with them as they do not answer phone or return calls. I also contacted Hyundai corporate. I'm busy and have some health issues I am dealing with so it's very frustrating. Any advice to get this fixed? The car is 5 1/2 years old with 42,000 miles. Any advice as to how to deal with dealer, next steps if they cannot fix it? Should I contact state consumer protection, my insurance company, etc? Should I try an independent repair shop? Search the forum for wiring harness. Most likely broken wires in the trunk, known issue with TSB on how to repair.

Floor wiring harness

If you rule out extreme cold temps, it would come down to the material used or contamination of wire insulation and how many times the trunk is opened. Flex any wire with a stiff insulation enough times and it will break down, and that's what's happening here. Maybe removing the anchor point...

In my case, yes. Also it ultimately made the car undrivable, had to Flat bed it.

No issues since wire harness replacement.

4 months later it turned out to be a defective fuel pump control module. This problem has been reported in this forum but I never saw it.

glad you got it fixed. These 2015+ sedans are very good cars.
