  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Is there a way to permanently default subscribe via instant email notification whenever I start a new thread or reply to an existing thread? As it is now, I have to click "instant email notification" every time. I want it to default to this, but can't seem to find anything in my control panel.

Thanks,

Tony

Click on User CP near the top right hand corner. When you are in the Control Panel go to Edit Options on the panel on the left. Then in the section titled Messaging & Notification, there is a Default Thread Subscription Mode. Select the mode you want from the pull-down menu in that section, then Save Changes toward the bottom of the page and you should be good to go.

You can also find out more about how to set things up and interact in the forum in the FAQ section.

Looking to update and upgrade your Genesis luxury sport automobile? Look no further than right here in our own forum store - where orders are shipped immediately!
Thanks! Not sure how I missed it, but I did.
