  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Does anyone know who will manufacture the Engine Control Modules (ECM) that will be used on the Tau V8? I'm curious about how easily the stock tune can be altered.

Good question. I'm sure there will be lots of discussion about this around the net. Hopefully an aftermarket tuner will stop by and give us some input...

The lack of technical information is somewhat puzzling. The car is only 5-6 months away from hitting the street. Normally, the Internet would be buzzing with information. Either Hyundai is doing a good job of keeping the tech stuff under wraps; or there just isn't enough interest in the automotive community for people to pursue detailed information.

It may be a mixture of both being that most people probably don't know or realize how serious Hyundai is about the Genesis...
