I am considering initiating a class action lawsuit against Hyundai with the aim of recovering my $6,000 and compensating for the six weeks I was without my car. If anyone else has experienced transmission issues due to this defective part, please contact me at techempowerment@gmail.com. Once we gather around 10 interested individuals, we can seek legal representation to pursue our case. Alternatively, Hyundai could consider issuing a recall to address this problem, saving its customers $6,000 by replacing a part that costs just $12. This situation is truly baffling.
