Your best bet is to get the code first and get to the source of the fault.
If you do need suspension replaced, try Rebuild Master Tech, I had good experience with their oem air suspension products. Fraction of the dealer price.

Sounds like an air leak to me. Just replaced my system with the Strutmasters kit.

The Hyundai system can be difficult to diagnose because most techs haven't seen the system before.

In my case, the system was definitely failing (leaks) but it was not triggering any codes. Took weeks (and Covid delay) before it was finally diagnosed correctly.

This is only on driver side front and back, can both be leaking at the same time?

Yeah, it doesn't seem unrealistic to think both front and back are leaking. My fronts weren't leaking at all, but both back were.

2014 Equus, right at 50,000 miles. At the dealership it took two weeks, the left front was leaking. Covered by warranty, part was about $2460.00, labor was $200.00, total was $2660.00.
I took possession of the old part, it is about 27 inches in length and 6 inches diameter, it weighs about 10 lbs. It has one electrical connection, one air connection, a yoke on the bottom, three bolts on the top, and midway two more bolt connections. The part is about 120 lb force rating or 530 newtons. See pictures of the old strut shock.

Hello everyone. I have a 2015 Equus Signature. I had a problem on the right side going low. I found a leak in the right Air Shock. I replaced both Shocks. It would pump up but the right side was a little lower than the left. So I took it in to get the Sensors calibrated. They said they couldn't get the Sensors calibrated because of a bad Solenoid Valve Block. Well I replaced the Valve Block and in the process all the air escaped. I let the air out slowly. Now the Compressor won't run and that's where I am at this moment. I have disconnected the battery in hopes of resetting the CPU. I hope that'll fix the compressor problem. Anyone have any ideas as to what would cause the Compressor not to run. I have checked all the fuses inside and outside. They are all good. Hope someone can help me out here. Thank you.

I just read the other posts where suspension is mentioned on this forum. One mentioned that that an old battery was a problem. Another talked about the fuses, in particular a fuse was not blown rather the pins were discolored, thus its replacement helped. Still another said that the up/down button had to be pushed and held down for at least 30 seconds after repairs were completed. I hope you can determine and remedy the problem. Do you have any pictures or description of the replacement of the shocks and valve block replacement?

Thank you for your reply. I only have stills. I'm going to continue to work on the problem. I have checked (bench checked) the relay and it seem to be functioning properly. I'm wondering if depleting the system of air causes the compressor not to run. Someone said that could be the problem as the compressor trying to fill the air tank might get too hot and burn out. That the system might have to be filled with air manually before the compressor will start to work. Does anyone have any ideas in this area. Please let me know. Thank you and have a blessed.

There is an air suspension fitting on the driver's side, in front under a plastic cover. I do not know how it is used, picture included.

No matter what forum you frequent, air suspensions will always be an issue. Enough so that I know now that I never want one.

Can't say that I blame you. I'll never buy another vehicle with one. I know where the valve is for injecting air in the system but I don't know the name of the Fitting or where I can get one. Maybe someone can tell me. Thanks for the picture and your quick reply.

I believe that is the intake for refilling the air suspension tank.

can you please take the pictures of the cover from the other side or tell me the part number on it? Lost mine while working on the suspension.
I have the cover off mine at the moment. But, I took it picture of the valve. Its located in front on the driver's side. I believe eBay has a fittings that can be adapted to the 1/4 inch line. The Fitting has a shredder valve that can be used with a compressor to inject air into the system.

Number 4 is the little cover, also see picture.
The Schrader fitting is usually a spring loaded quick connect. The one on the car has external threads, so an adaptor of some sort is required to connect an air source.
