  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Well I went to see the Equus at my local Hyundai dealership and to my lack of surprise it was sold. Salesperson said that he has sold 6 so far and cannot keep them in stock. He doesn't know when he will get the next one in. However to my surprise was that there was no "Special designated Equus area" built for the car inside of the showroom. No custom Brazillian Cherry hardwood flooring, no larger than life Equus posters, no special LED downlighting to show off the cars lines. Wasn't this supposed to be a mandatory requirement of the dealership if they want to sell the car?

Not to my knowledge did a dealer have to have a special Equus oriented area. The thought was many customers if not most would have the car brought to their home/office for a test drive before purchasing. So why spend money in a regular Hyundai dealership for a model which may very well be split off into seperate brand with the genesis sedan?
