Equus ECS - It sinks but then recovers.. Common ? Should i worry

So my Equus sometimes sinks at back when parked
However when I start the car - the suspension rises back up to normal levels
Little strange
Guess the rear will ultimately need to be replaced ?
Any thoughts on costs for Hyundai to repair?
 
The longer you wait to fix this, the sooner it will be that you will have to replace the compressor too. It's having to run way more than it normally would.
