EV Route Planning can’t find chargers

When trying to route somewhere today the route planner was unable to find chargers along the route.

I restarted the infotainment system and that did not fix the problem.

Is anyone else dealing with that or has found a fix?

Was on a road trip last week and encountered the same issue. On a route that the car's nav had previously mapped out charging stops, it suddenly came up with the message that there were no charging stations on the route. Pretty much negates the usefulness of the car's nav system.

I’ll have to find the time to call Genesis to see if it’s an internal thing on their end. I do have cellular connection in the car for Genesis connected services.

Maybe some day they won't have to. Along many roads there are signs with all the gas stations at the next exit. They should also be showing charging stations.

Just a heads up. Either it started working again this morning, or reconfiguring connected services in settings and restarting the head unit got it to work!
