  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Went in today for my first oil change, sunroof trim piece loose (needed clip aligned), cowl cover replace, dummy something installed, and the tailight recall work.
Got a black on black G2 5.0 loaner. Car came back with the work completed, washed and vacuumed.

Grand total: $0

Staff was friendly, tech was on it and overall left with a very solid impression on the service area. I tell you what it was really refreshing to find the service as good as it was. Hope they keep up the great work!!

They really are a class act.. Same experience. Except back then they had run out of tail light pad supplies. Still need to get it back in for that..

Glad to hear my experience was not a one off, they really nailed it. For my wife's RX I go down the street to the Lexus dealer and while some of the trappings were absent at Hyundai, it was every bit as customer focused as at Lexus.
