  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

I just received my notice to view the "New" ExperienceGenesis.com web page at
https://www.experiencegenesis.com/

I had been registered there but it wouldn't accept my PW and ID (both correct) so I asked them to send me one. They did send to my Email. I copied it and tried to log in again. No luck.

I went to the "Contact Us" section. Only snail mail and telephone- no email address....

IMHO, this particular piece of Genesis is pretty flakey. I would love to go to the site and participate, but it is too painful and time consuming.
C'mon Hyundai....make this site easy and fun, like this one.

Same experience. Thank GOd the car is far better than the website.:)

same problem.

Not good.. Why don't they beta test these things before presenting them to the public?

I registered fairly easy, no problems. I hate to say this but I had more problems trying to get registered on this site.

After registering, I received no email to finish the registration process. I believe I re-registered twice and still no email. It was about 9-10 days after the 1st attempt before you had sent me one so I could finish registering

Looking to update and upgrade your Genesis luxury sport automobile? Look no further than right here in our own forum store - where orders are shipped immediately!

I just registered and received a "Thanks" email almost instantly, but there was no requirement to follow a link to complete the registration process. I was able to use the site immediately after hitting submit.

{on edit} Ignore this. When I posted, I thought the prior post was referencing the Genesis website and not the present site.

Check your junk/spam mail folder. I got the email in couple of minutes but it went straight to junk mail folder.

Looks like Hyundai saw the popularity of genesisowners.com and decided it's better if they control the message and any potentail negative reviews. Why bother signing up when you've got all the same info (uncensored) right here? FYI - This was not a paid endorsement

Off topic question, but is the 20.3 the gas mileage you are getting from you V6?
Yes. 20.3 combined based on odometer and gas pumped. If you click on the image, you'll see the details. I'm in LA and my commute is on surface streets and "congested" (stop & go) highways.
