Rough experience with this dealership.
Arranged to look at an exact color/optioned car but upon arrival the car was "no longer available." Luckily, plenty of similarly appointed 2015 Genesis on the lot, but the experience was miserable. Sales staff couldn't locate cars, couldn't find key fobs, and once I decided on a car they brought the wrong paperwork in (a la 2017 Santa Fe) several times. Had to keep a watchful eye to ensure everything was done correctly.
Not to mention trying to get anyone to respond with a coherent email is next to impossible and you'll be sorely disappointed if you expect to receive a response within 72-96 hours.
That being said, this forum helped ensure I was able to clearly articulate what I wanted and the pitfalls I should watch out for. Walked out with a 2015 Hyundai Genesis 3.8L V6 AWD Ultimate (new car) for $36,002, so the deal was more than fair. Simply wish this dealership had its act together. So much potential....
