FIRST EVER- DIY Aftermarket Air Suspension

Hello All,


I will be attempting to install aftermarket air ride to my 2013 Equus Ultimate. After the front end dropped on me, taking the route of replacing the factory air suspension seems to be outright expensive if gone through the dealership or even through Indy. I have decided to find out what I can and have decided to send it.

For my front and rear struts and bags; 09-14 Hyundai Genesis Sedan, BH D2 Racing Air Strut Kit

Tank/ Compressor: 580 Air Ride Suspension Compressors 150 psi On 180 psi Off Pressure Switch | eBay

Back & Better with solid air ride that is now adjustable at four corners. I believed in doing the labour myself, and steering away from the stealership to only replace factory air ride.

Might as well upgraded the Equus while your at it; welcome to air ride.


RMT, ridiculous quotes, the amounts of trouble these owners go through with the factory ride is unbearable and would be better to disregard all components of any attempts of a repair. Your better off using a whole upgrade right??

Is there a non air suspension that will work with Equus? Thx in advance for any response
