Had my first service/oil change last Friday. I also had them look at:
1. Wind noise at 70MPH or higher, told them it sounded like driver side rear. They checked and the culprit is the B pillar, which is a plastic piece glued (?) on, but coming loose. They ordered new ones for both sides and will replace.
2. Squealing when backing down the driveway in the morning. My Genesis did the same, so I wasn't too concerned until I tried not using the brake and it still squealed in neutral. Turns out that it's rust on the rear rotors, and they're actually replacing them with a new design/manufacture that will be a new TSB soon for the Equus. So new, in fact, that there isn't a part # assigned yet. But the manufacturer's rep happened to be at my dealer that day so the new rotors were ordered. Note that this isn't a safety issue, and the TSB will be for those with the squeal only (so I'm told).
3. The fuel door "fix" didn't. Had to push on it first, then push the button to get it open. They fixed it for real this time, at least so far.
Minor things, still loving the car and looking forward to another Chicago-Orlando drive in a couple of weeks.
