So I had my first Service Valet this week from Genesis of Plano and wanted to share my experience.
When I bought my car in Dec 2019, my sales person scheduled my first appointment for this week. I did try to move it up when I did the math on how old the oil in the car was. Car was built Nov 2018 so the oil was over a year old. But my advisor said it was fine to wait since I had very low miles. Still do, only 700 right now (thanks COVID).
With COVID in mind, I was happy to see the email I attached below with the extra safety measures offered. Well........I got none of that! The valet arrived on time and was nice, but none of the safety precautions were used. A but disappointing but ok I guess since I grabbed a disinfectant wipe from my garage to wipe down the loan car. Did the same when he returned my car. Overall ok experience but you can tell they are not used to giving luxury car service.
