While driving home from work yesterday, in my 3 day old Silver 2013 Genesis R-Spec, I passed a middle-aged man driving an older Hyundai which was in awesome shape. He pulled up next to me and beeped the horn. I turned my head towards him and he gave me a thunmbs up and put his hand over his heart (I am assuming he was saying that he loved my car and not me, Ha Ha). I responded with a thanks and a wave.

Still grinning ear to ear while I drive it.

My car is 1 1/2 years old. I still get compliments along with "what kind of car is that". I've always called the styling of the Genesis "generic luxury" styling. Whatever you call it, the styling is very appealing to most people and it hasn't become dated yet. Which I think makes Hyundai's decision to change next year's model brilliant. Better to update the look one year early than one year late.
