Whats up fellas I guess Im the latest FNG!(F***ing new guy) Tonight I bought an 09 Genesis 4.6 with tech package. Do I have the smart cruise control or is that a later model?

If you have two black flat areas on both sides of the grill section of the front bumber then you have the smart cruise. here is a picture http://genesisowners.com/hyundai-genesis-forum/album.php?albumid=386&pictureid=2140 also you will have a button on the steering wheel with a car and bars in front of the little car shape above the trip button like in this photo here http://genesisowners.com/hyundai-genesis-forum/album.php?albumid=386&pictureid=2152

Adaptive or Smart Cruise Control wsa not available until the 2010 models, so unfortunately you do not have that feature, Mr. FMG.

Man that sucks I really wanted that feature but mistakenly thought it was a part of the tech package when searching. Is this one of those accessories that you can install later as I would love to have it. Last but not least thankyou for the welcomes!

If it's not there, you can't install it afterward. But look at it this way: the 2012 Genesis will have features that my 2011 doesn't, and so on.
