Fog lights not working on 2010 Genesis 2.0T

I just bought a 2010 Genesis coupe 2.0T and the fog lights don't work. When I turn the switch on, there is no fog light indicator anywhere on the dash and I have tested with a multimeter at the lightbulb connector.

It looks like the switch isn't too expensive but I am wondering if I need to pull the airbag and steering wheel off to change it? The car is a 6 speed manual so there are no paddle shifters.
