Folding mirrors stuck

Today my folding mirrors are stuck in the folded position, it worked earlier today. It appears power is not getting to both of them because if I try to point them that doesn't work either. I suspected a fuse, but HTD MIRR fuse is fine. I'm stumped as to why they won't fold.

I love the manual folding mirrors on my Genesis. Works every time. The only time I need to fold the mirror is when using a drive-up ATM machine or something, so only the drivers side mirror needs to be folded, and I can do that easily from the drivers seat.
 
Are they stuck using both, the interior switch and the FOB?

My passenger side is not moving on my 5.0 R Spec.. saw this thread, what is FOB please ?
