  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Driving down US-441 today and what do I see but a car carrier loaded with seven strange looking cars. All with Michigan Manufacturer Plates. All seven were painted like racing or rally cars. On the rear of each car, was painted
"Focus Rally America". (Look it up in Google). All cars were 4 door hatchback (or 5 door) cars. When I got up close at a stop light, each car logo said "Focus" on the left rear, and "Titanium" on the right rear. When I looked up "Ford Focus Titanium" in Google, it says that Ford will introduce the 2012 Focus Titanium sometime in 2011. (look it up).

It looks like a winner for Ford, if and when they start to sell them.
Strange that I never heard of the Focus Titanium, or even Focus Rally America.

Looking at the Ford site, it looks like a small, 4 cylinder car. Competition? Maybe the new Elantra? Sonata might be a stretch.

Goes up against the Elantra, at least in Sedan form. Ford is really stepping it up, same as Hyundai. My next car will be from one of these two brands, I guarantee you.

For months, I've been waiting for real pictures of the 2012 Genesis, sitting... and waiting. Then, last month I made the "mistake" of sitting in a 2011 Ford Edge Sport, and basically changed my mind from the Genny to the Edge - the main sell point was the technology MyFord Touch provides.

And today I see the 2012 pics, and remembered the 429 HP goodness it will bring. If Hyundai offers Blue Link or whatever it's called, I think that will make up my mind once and for all.

:)

As for the Titanium, that is basically a trim level - typically the highest in whatever model you're looking at from Ford, though it's not available in ALL models. I know that Focus will offer it, and I believe the Flex already does.

Good little cars, these new Focii.

LOL
