Whenever I get a new vehicle, I take it by Discount Tire and buy their "certificates" in order to get "free" rotation, balancing, flat fix, and insurance.
I have almost 5,000 on my Genny and am planning several road trips later this month. (I had the oil changed at Hyundai at 1,500 miles to replace with Mobil1 5w30). So, I made an appointment with DT for this morning for a rotation but no balancing as they are running very smooth. After leaving my house, I checked the tire pressure on the screen, as I always do, and found the right front with 27# with the other 3 at 34#. I keep my tires at 34# and had checked them the evening before.
DT quickly found a nail in the center of the tread area (showing me the nail) then repaired and rebalanced that one tire while the remainder of the rotation was completed. I was on my way in about 30 minutes. I could not ask for better or more professional service; that's the reason that I keep using DT.
