    If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. After reading these articles about it gives me an inside look at the culture within Hyundai organization. I also read another article saying that Hyundai has just fired up a state of art, steel plant that will supply all their steel needed for their cars. This will keep costs and down and they will control the quality of the product. This is a first for an auto group in the world. Also the 24 command studio that keeps an eye on all their world wide interests on real time. They seem to be at the foremost of effecency that other companies need to learn from. It seems to me that they have learned from their own and others mistakes. I do worry that if they go to fast will they have problems down the road with quality issues that Toyota is now facing. Time will tell.
