I received an e-mail from Hyundai at the beginning of the month with this offer:

Man I'm interested as to what is in the upgrade.
 
For the base model or Ultimate? I didn't receive any update email.
 
probably for the touch only version since the ultimate got shafted already on the apple car play and android stuff.

Also my car is not the Ultimate ( I currently have Android Auto).

I hope this is an update for Android Auto in general. Overall, the system works well but there are some quirks/bugs every once in awhile.

My Hyundai still lists the original AA/CP update from April of 2016. As far as I know, the only later updates for the AVN system are via Map updates, which are not free.
