  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Anybody have a detailed description as to how to remove bumper cover on sedan. I remove what I think are all the items under hood, under car and screws in wheel wells yet the cover still seems solidly connected and don't want to pull too hard as I'm sure there are clips that will break BTW removing cover is the only way to replace proximity sensors had dealer replace last 2 but cost is $$ so got spare part and want to it myself thanks

Common problem. If the failed sensor is one of the outer ones, you can get to it from underneath by removing bottom covers. My left front sensor failed and I paid for a replacement install at my Hyundai service location. A day later it fell out behind the bumper. So I got under the car and installed it myself. The dealership did give me $150 back when I showed them the pictures.
