Front center vents not blowing air on 2010 genesis 4.6?

the two middle front vents on either side of the display screen are not letting air flow through them, all other vents switch air flow properly to and from each other including the rear vents and opening and closing them via the wheel on either vent does not work. There is also a high squealing when the fan is at max speed. Could it be the actuator for just the center vents or the door blend actuator? Any help would be much appreciated.
