  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Equus (2011-2016)
Had a small buy here pay here lot and sold a 2013 Equus to a guy a few years back. Apparently he had front strut issues and replaced the struts with RMT struts. Still couldn't solve his issues and gave the car back to us a few months back. Well we finally started digging into the issues and have found the residual air valves to be the main issue. Found a air leak he created at the filling valve and fixed that. Replaced the new valves with some old valves from a couple of wrecked Equus's I have and got the front to start working again like it should. Has anyone run into this issue before? Does anyone know the minimum pressure that Hyundai specs for this valve as I am not so sure about getting RMT valves again. They are a pretty simple valve but need to know the pressure spec of the valve so I can find others.

Thanks
