Do any of your other remote commands work (like status) ? It’s not convenient for me to try remote start but status and location are working for me. The “network” has a lot parts from you to the server to your car, any one of which could be broken. Where are you located?

No commands work. They get sent but then I get emails that it fit work and try again later. I'm in NJ

Yep 10 feet away

It doesn’t get the signal from your phone. It gets it over the air from a cellular connection I believe. So the car must be in view of the sky for the best signal.
How long was it working for Before it stopped.

Ok, I went outside this morning and mycar is dead. Neither remote works. I had to use the hidden key and go through the trunk to open it. I had to jump start the car. Now what.? Is the any where to look for this problem?

Also changed batteries in remotes.
I noticed that they both blink red once when pressd.

Ok, changed batteries again. Works now. Just crazy.

Strange. Glad I carry a portable jumper with me. It all works now tho.

Sounds like you're not holding a charge. I'd bring the car in to the dealership. I don't think it has anything to do with your remote/keyfob if you had to jumpstart the car...

Not sure. I'll c how it reacts in the morning. I started it a few times with my cell and it's all good. Thx for the help. I'll keep u posted.
