Wondering if anyone else has encountered this problem, and if so, how they corrected it...
I installed an aftermarket "sport" grille on my 2013 R-spec sedan, and the upper grille garnish that attaches to the hood does not fit well. I am very underwhelmed by the quality of the grille as a whole.
After bolting on, the garnish is distorted and has a couple of visible waves in it. I have tried to refit, but nothing I do is working. The piece is a little flimsy, so maybe I just bought a cheap knock off (Eppar on Amazon)?
My next step is to get some rubber matting to put between the garish and hood to see if filling some of the space will fix the waves.
