Genesis App Connected Service Not Working for an exported USA Car

Hello all, i have recently bought a used GV70 car that is exported from USA to UAE and then from UAE to Syria, we do not have any Genesis dealship in the country and when I try to connect or create a new account in the genesis app it says that the VIN number is associated with another account and does not allow me to continue this is causing me a lot of troubles specially i am not able to setup the Maps or any other customization in the car! and when i try to disconnect the account from the car it sefl it is not working or disconnecting!
