New GV60 owner here. Trying to create an account on the Genesis app. Fill in the serial number which it accepts- GV60 Advanced. When I try to register, it fails with error C500. Anyone else have this issue and is there a solution?

Did you buy it new? My SA did all that for me when he turned the car over to me. If yes, are you close to your dealership? Also, every Genesis EV dealer should have a "concierge" who should be able to help as well.

If you didn't buy it new, or want/need to do it yourself, I can't help as I didn't have to set mine up.
 
Thanks for the feedback. Bought it new so it looks like will need to go the Genesis Concierge to set it up.

If he is close, I would go in. Otherwise I would try calling first. It is probably pretty simple.
