Won't connect at all. Any suggestions. Saleman mentioned it might be an older cell phone? So I asked him to connect and he got the same noservice msg I did?
Anyone else have this problem. I'm in Atlanta area and have 5G with plenty of bars.

You may need to update the App through either the App Store or Google Play

Do you have the Genesis Connect App on your cell phone? If yes, and it's not connecting see these directions to reboot your head unit and connect to the Connected Services.

1.Hold down the map and setup key until the screen turns off
3.Press Bluelink or Genesis Connected Services (for some models, press Bluelink or GCS then Bluelink or GCS Settings).
4.Press Service Activation or Reconfigure.
5.Wait for the "Enrollment Successful" message then press OK.
