Tried to start my car this morning and got an error, just tried to unlock my doors and nada. So when I logged into the app and went to message center there was a notice from Genesis that said there is a widespread issue and they’re working on it. Not sure what’s going on but figured id let u guys know. Fyi

Genesis connected services is all computer driven. They do have a backup floppy disc but sometimes it takes a while to change it out if the original one fails. There is talk they are considering putting in one of those hard drives, but, they are quite expensive.

The starts are a bit faster since they upgraded to a 28k baud modem though.

I got an email today telling me it would be offline late tonight and into the early AM tomorrow 21st and 22nd.
