I cut the video short but he was basically on the phone with his friend the entire duration of him driving my car around.

I'm honestly fine haha I live in the south. It's not that uncommon lol perhaps I should be angry lol. Honestly idk what to do with it. I was going to do nothing. Fiance (who is french) told me to report it to genesis. But idk what that will even lead to.

Excellent idea. It needs to be brought to this guys attention in one way or another and this seems like it would do the job.

This is an excellent idea. If you let him know that you could have shared the video with his supervisor but decided just to show it to him, he may be more willing to help you out in the future, as long as you don't make it sound as if that's what you're looking for. OTOH, if he responds inappropriately, you can always escalate.

Then...find out what he drives and either put it on his dash...or on the outside of his windshield.

Probably will result in the dealership sending a memo to all at their employees to be mindful or disable dashcams while the cars are in their property. Our Subaru used to have its dashcam power removed when I picked it up from service. If you decide to complain, I'd suggest doing it to the dealership and not confront the person personally.

I don't think it matters that nothing will happen to him. If someone calls him on this, maybe he'll learn something? I mean, actions should have consequences, even if that is only a reprimand.
