is there a Genesis forum rep, or someone who monitors these pages from the manufacturer, or just someone who has a connection to Genesis that helps members out, if so, how do I get in contact with such person?

Never saw one here. If there is, they would be smart enough not to make it known. Full time job listing to people bitch at them.

Another way to look at it would be for the manufacturer to get valuable feedback on their product, very smart thing to do. Other forums, for other brands, routinely monitor their owner forums and even contribute and help folks out...seems like smart marketing to me, especially for an upcoming brand. Yes, its a full time job, or more... $$ well spent.

im sure they monitor the forums, most manufacturers and big companies have people that monitor online activity surrounding their product, but it wouldnt be beneficial to have someone dedicated to a forum to answer 1 million questions about tire pressure and other pointless questions they will get asked.
