Hello everyone, I had a problem, It's like valve lifters sounds, It's started 4 weeks ago then i changed my oil from 5w30 to 10w40 after that i still hear this sounds but not all the time it is come sometimes and sometimes it's gone

In this momment all things is good but it's back from time to time
